Hi dudes
After the awsome Rule Test Tour 1 which was hosted in 2009 september and won by Novica
I decided to make Rule Test Tour 2
This time,we test for ladder,cos its time to change ladder list,cos Yugioh is always interesting
when rulez keep changing
So,lets gather in this tournament,and test the possible future list

FORBIDEN LIST

The Tournament will use the follwing forbidden list:

*Jtp 2010 FIC version can be used too,
if both players agree 
But there the follwing cards are added to forbidden list:
Alternative group (also u can only put 1 of the choosen card)
Obelisk/Ra/Slifer
Limited
Shadow Spell (Combination of 2 traps: Spellbinding Circle and Mask of Weakness)
Widespread Ruin (Weaker Version of Mirror Force,but just as annoying too
)
Semi Limited
Just Deserts (Little Brother of Ceasefire)

TOURNAMENT TYPE

Instant play: If u have oppoent In group,u can play immiditaetly
The tournament will be a new styled too!

Total Group Tournament!Scroll down to check it out,some info is on the table already,so i dont need to bother explaining

MATCH TYPE
----------------------------
Players will Play 3 duels in a match,unlike in regular tournaments
This means players can have 4 possible results: 3-0, 2-1, 1-2, 0-3
This is better,cos if u lose 1-2 ,u not jsut gained 1 point,but u also decreased the chanse
of ur opponent in the group
I call it:
Strategic Match System (Ripper might like it
)
Ah,and as always,players cant change decks between duels,but can swap cards w side deck

REPLAYS

All replays must be saved
Players have to ZIP all 3 replays and name the zipfile
ZIP Name: [Rule Test Tour 2 Jan 2010][Stage 3][Winner V.S. Loser]
Replay name: RTT2 Player name VS Opponent name (RTT2_MikemanVSDijana)
Also add the a number 1,2 or 3 at the end of the replay name,that indicates which duel
